General Shipping Terms

These General Shipping Terms apply to all domestic shipping options.

• We ship via USPS, on slightly larger packages we ship via UPS or FEDEX depending on weight and distance.
• Delivery times measured in business days.
• All orders are subject up to a 1 to 3 business day processing time prior to shipping, most orders ship in 1 business day (2 - 3 to process embroidered items).
• Domestic shipments delivery time: due to the current high demand of online orders, once an order ships from warehouse the estimated delivery time is 7 - 10 business days (does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, for these please add 2-4 extra business days for delivery).
• We process orders on weekdays.  We do not process orders during weekends or major Holidays or days when we process inventory counts.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason.
• Our warehouse is located in Yonkers, NY, U.S.A.

These Shipping Terms apply to all International shipping methods:

• We ship via USPS.
• Delivery times measured in business days.
• All orders are subject up to a 1 to 3 business day processing time prior to shipping, most orders ship in 1 business day (2 - 3 to process embroidered items).
• International shipments delivery time: once item shipped from warehouse the estimated delivery time is 7 - 21 business days depending on your local Postal Service.
• We process orders on weekdays.  We do not process orders during weekends or major Holidays or days when we process inventory counts.
• Our warehouse is located in Yonkers, NY, U.S.A.
