We want our customers to be 100% satisfied, so yes we do accept returns for refunds. Before returning the customer must contact via email, at email@example.com We would require the order number, item number, and reason for the item return. We will e-mail you a RAN [return authorization number] for shipping purposes. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and all returns must be done within 15 days of the purchase order date. If you are returning apparel it must be new, unworn, and in unwashed condition.
Please note, we do not accept returns of any customized work shirts. We ask that you double check the size and the wording you choose, once completed this item will not be refunded.
